Founded on the campus of Purdue University in 2003, Creative Arc’s principals have experience in a broad range of disciplines, focusing their expertise as they collaborate on each project.

Paul Larson, Owner
Paul enjoys just about every aspect of running a small business, especially sales and marketing. But he isn’t afraid to work with coworkers on a wide variety of projects when collaboration is needed. For Paul, launching new client websites never gets old.

Tim Hoppe, Project Manager
New to web design and development, Tim came on board to support Creative Arc’s creation of quality sites on time and on budget. Tim received a BA in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and is getting Masters of Project Management from the Keller School of Management. Previously, Tim did environmental compliance for heavy manufacturing.
